In addition, the thickness deviation and formaldehyde emission of unqualified products that do not meet the standard requirements are also major issues.

Strengthening internal self inspection of business operations, kitchen equipment enterprises ensure product quality improvement

According to the director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, in 2015, the pass rate of product quality supervision and spot checks in China reached 91.1%, and the pass rate of special spot checks for online sales products was 71.3%. A total of 511000 cases of quality violations were investigated and dealt with. Improving the quality of consumer goods will be one of the important contents of the national quality inspection work in 2016. The low qualification rate of physical products such as furniture and kitchenware equipment will ultimately lead to hidden safety hazards in indoor environments. Therefore, the quality management of household products such as kitchen equipment still needs to be improved, and consumers need to pay more attention when purchasing.

It is reported that the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine will launch a special action to improve the supply of consumer goods, support enterprises to enhance their quality online testing and control, and product lifecycle quality traceability capabilities, and solve a number of key common technical problems that hinder product quality improvement. At the same time, we will promote the self disclosure of enterprise product standards, compare key performance indicators of the above-mentioned consumer goods, issue timely consumer warnings and prompts, and strengthen consumer guidance.
